Leo Romero is a Senior Asset Manager with over 20 years’ experience managing commercial, industrial and retail property portfolios across Greater Sydney. He is known for delivering strong asset performance through disciplined lease management, proactive tenant engagement and commercially focused decision-making.
Throughout his career, Leo has worked closely with private and institutional owners to improve cashflow, reduce arrears, optimise operating costs and strengthen lease compliance. He brings a hands-on yet strategic approach to asset management, aligning day-to-day operations with long-term investment objectives.
In his current role at Ray White Commercial, Leo oversees a large and diverse portfolio, working alongside leasing, facilities and finance teams to drive occupancy, enhance tenant relationships and deliver sustainable value growth for clients.
